Grahame White

As Head of Analysis International Training and Business Development, Grahame has been at the forefront of CTF Indicator Training and the concept of CTF Key Indicator delivery into Financial Institutions in Europe.

 30 years of Police Investigations experience and former Detective at the National Terrorist Financial Investigations Unit (NTFIU) at New Scotland Yard.

 Financial investigator for Operation Crevice (The fertilizer plot), 7/7 suicide attacks (London Transport Network) and Operation Overt (the Airliner Plot).

 Grahame holds a Master’s degree in Fraud Management


Damian McLoughlin, Chief Executive Officer

Former Detective on the SO10 Long Term Infiltration Unit at New Scotland Yard. Areas of specialism includes; Money Laundering, Gemology, Jewellery and Covert Counter Terrorist Operations.

Warren Eggleton, Senior Analyst and Head of content

Warren has worked in various intelligence roles for over thirteen years.  The majority of his time was within specialist roles managing units dealing with the most serious and complex crime types including fraud, money laundering, kidnap, terrorism, and human trafficking.  Warren is an expert in movement, network and pattern analysis, open source intelligence and analytical software solutions. Warren was a product evaluator for analytical innovations within specialist crime investigations at Scotland Yard. Warren regularly trains specialists within the intelligence and law enforcement community.

Steve Rickard, Trainer and Consultant

Steve has over 30 years UK Police experience. He has spent the last 15 years working in counter terrorism specialising in intelligence and countering terrorist financing within the Metropolitan Police Special Branch and Counter Terrorism Command. He spent 3 years working within the UK Intelligence community investigating terrorist funding streams. He has more recently been involved in the design and training delivery of CFTcourses to all UK police Counter Terrorism Units, government agencies and military personnel. He has also designed and delivered CFT courses to overseas police, government and intelligence agencies. He is currently completing an MA in financial crime and is a qualified trainer with a city and guilds qualification.

Dominic Maguire, Trainer and Consultant

Over 30 years police experience, the last 20 years as a Financial Investigator at New Scotland Yard. Worked within the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad primarily engaged in confiscation and asset tracing. Since 2009 was a Detective within the National Terrorist Financial Investigations Unit (NTFIU) undertaking various counter terrorism investigations including attacks at Westminster Bridge and Borough Market. Delivered both CT and criminal financial investigation training both within the UK and overseas. Since retiring from the police in 2017 has delivered similar training on behalf of the UN and others with particular emphasis on CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) and Money Value Transfer Services (MVTS).

Several commendations for investigative ability including a Commissioners Commendation for the successful investigation and prosecution of a UK based criminal MVTS that laundered £65 million.

Richard Beadell, Trainer and Consultant

Former Detective Sergeant at National Terrorist Financial Intelligence Unit (NTFIU) at New Scotland Yard with 28 years experience of Police Investigations. Dick directed a small dedicated team of financial investigators dealing with varied police operations including kidnappings of persons in the Middle East, Op Theseus 7/7 London Bombings, Op Rhyme ‘Dirty Bomb’ investigation, and Op Overt ‘the airliner bomb plot conspiracy’. Dick has delivered Financial Intelligence Training into European Financial Institutions.
